Terms of service

These terms apply to every order at DonutVault. By paying you accept them.

What we sell

We sell in-game money, spawners and items for the Minecraft server DonutSMP. These are virtual goods without value outside the game. DonutVault is not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.

Delivery

Money is paid with /pay to the Minecraft name you entered, usually within minutes. Items are handed over in a trade by our team; we contact you in our Discord. If the server is down or our bot is offline, delivery happens as soon as possible.

Your Minecraft name

You are responsible for entering the correct name. Money sent to a name you entered can not be taken back.

Server rules

You are responsible for following the rules of DonutSMP. We are not responsible for actions DonutSMP takes against your account.

Withdrawal right

Delivery starts right after payment. By checking the box at checkout you agree to this and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
