Refund policy

Digital goods are delivered right away, so a delivered order can not be refunded.

When you get your money back

• We could not deliver your order within 72 hours.
• An item is sold out after you paid.
• You paid twice for the same order.

How

Open a ticket in our Discord with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days.

DonutVault decides on refunds case by case for anything not listed here.
